With more than 18 years as a licensed architect, his architectural expertise includes a broad range of exclusive private project types, as well as commercial and educational projects. Mr. Woodrum has particular expertise in detailed construction documentation, grant applications, and project management. Mr. Woodrum has effectively overseen all aspects of the design and construction process, from conceptual design, material specification, construction drawing development, coordination, and administration. Mr. Woodrum’s past experience as a business owner gives him a unique understanding of the concerns, difficulties, and sensitivities of Owners and their Consultants. As a LEED AP Building Design + Construction professional, Mr. Woodrum draws on his industry experience to integrate sustainable design and construction principles with practical, performance-focused project solutions.
