Mr. Adams is a Project Manager with ADG Architects, managing and overseeing multiple projects within the firm. With more than 18 years as a real estate appraiser and interior finishes contractor, his experience includes various public and private project types, including Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, Single Family Residential, Vacant Land Development, Industrial and Hospitality projects. He has also supported a not-for-profit corporation with their real estate portfolio in the United States and various Caribbean Islands. Mr. Adams has particular expertise in building department coordination and interactions, as well as specification analysis. As a project manager, Mr. Adams has worked on many project phases, from schematic design to construction documents and construction administration. Additionally, he assists in daily oversight of the Firm’s Bidding and Construction Administration.
