Ms. Baduk is a Registered Architect with ADG Architects, managing and overseeing multiple projects within the firm. With more than 14 years in the AEC industry, her architectural expertise includes a broad range of public and private project types, including Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Hospitality and Medical projects. Ms. Baduk has particular expertise in interior renovations, large medical equipment upgrades and code compliance. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Baduk successfully managed multiple healthcare projects and developed an expansive knowledge of the standard developed by the Facility Guidelines Institute and state building codes. She regularly meets with clients to understand their needs, concerns and program requirements, and then coordinates all aspects of a project to achieve the intended goals. She regularly takes the lead in coordinating the entire A/E team, including the professional engineering consultants and the Firm’s Revit managers and Construction Documentation department.
